Charles, Jessica, my husband (Jared) and I went to L.W. Higgins High School together so we have known them for a while. In fact, we were both in the running for cutest couple our Senior year... they won (no hard feelings, in fact I'd still vote for them). To this day we still have so much in common, rocking life with our high school sweethearts, raising littles, making our own success stories. Much like our little family, The Belle family loves to spend time together! They're always looking for a new adventure to begin with one another. It's probably one of my favorite things about them. That, and how supportive they are of one another. We started our day in the Garden District of New Orleans and ended it at Creole Creamery with a delicious ice cream treat, where my husband and my daughter Charlie joined. It was a perfect and fun family day catching up with amazing friends in the gorgeous New Orleans area!
PRINCESS OF THE BAYOU
Nina has been a boy mom for 14 years. She's always wanted a little girl to dress up in pearls and lace. While she was more than happy to have just her two boys, she was super excited to find out she was pregnant again, and over the moon when she found it was girl! Finally, her princess to play dress up with, play dolls with, and have one of those super special mother-daughter bonds with. The whole family is completely in love with little Miss Aubrey. She is the apple of her daddy's eye and the center of her brothers' world. And while she is adorned in ribbons and bows, she has her brothers' sense of adventure. She loves to play, explore, and get a little messy. That's why they call her the Princess of the Bayou. I love that it rained just a few hours before her session because not only were we able to capture her cuteness, we also got to capture her adventurous spirit.
